The season of harvesting invigorating birch sap in the forests of Ukraine is ending.
In order to prevent contaminants from falling into the sap, we collect it in special bags which is more secure than open containers.
You should be aware that commercial harvesting of any forest resources (birch sap included) is carried out only with a special permit to forest land plot usage.
On top of that, harvesting is possible only within designated forest areas.
